CONCRETE DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM

• Safe, "dust free" collection of fine dust (down to less than 1.0 micron)

 

• All polished stainless steel mobile frame construction.  Mobile frame is equipped with swiveling, locking casters and semi-pneumatic tires

 

• Rapid collection and bagging of radioactive materials to reduce man rem exposures

 

• Concrete dust is collected in an interceptor silo equipped with a bagging type 6" bottom valve

 

• The Model AB-428 system is equipped with an exclusive self cleaning prefilter that is 99% efficient at 1.0 micron size particles.  The self cleaning filter uses a reverse pulse of air to clean 36 filter candles made of sintered polyethylene

 

• The final filter state is our 3-stage critical filter kit to protect HEPA filters and are equipped with magnehelic differential pressure gauges
